Plain terms for a public information site. They will be superseded by the Centre’s formally approved terms once published.
Content status
This site is published during the Centre’s establishment phase. Sections marked “To be updated”, “Planned / Upcoming” or “Coming soon” describe intentions, not delivered facilities or achieved results. Statutory particulars of the company are pending.
Purpose of this site
This website provides public information about Atal Community Innovation Centre – Pondicherry University Step-up Hub — its purpose, programmes, facilities, partnerships and reporting. It is an information and application channel. It is not a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of admission, funding, facility access or any other benefit.
Accuracy
The Centre takes care that published content is accurate at the time of publication and marks clearly what is not yet verified. Programme terms, eligibility and selection are governed by the open call and policies applicable to each programme, which prevail over any general description on this site.
Institutional references
References to Pondicherry University, the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog and Government of India programmes describe the context in which the Centre operates. They do not imply endorsement of any third party, and they do not extend beyond what the executed agreements and official instructions provide. The Pondicherry University, NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission identities are reproduced from artwork supplied by ACIC-PUSH and are shown unaltered. Their use remains subject to each organisation's own branding guidelines.
No professional advice
Material in the knowledge hub — handbooks, templates, scheme information and IPR guidance — is general information for innovators. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice on your specific circumstances.
Submissions
Submitting an idea, application or enquiry does not create any obligation on the Centre to support, fund, publish or pursue it. Do not send confidential technical detail that you are not willing to disclose; if protection matters to your work, ask about IPR guidance before you submit. Intellectual property in what you submit remains yours, subject to any agreement you later sign for a specific programme.

Text, layout, illustrations and code on this website belong to ACIC-PUSHunless stated otherwise. Resources published for innovators may be used for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Third-party material remains subject to its own terms.

The site is provided as it stands. The Centre does not warrant uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or withdraw content at any time.
Governing law
Use of this website is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as provided by law. Where any statement here conflicts with the executed memorandum of agreement, the Section 8 incorporation documents, applicable Government of India requirements or current official directions, those prevail.
